We have gained a reputation for being specialists, in high quality, high volume, low cost finished and secondary machining of automotive components. In particular, our expertise in secondary machining has allowed our customer's to realize over 50% cost savings in their machining operations, a 90% reduction in scrap, increased production capacity and substantially improved quality.

Our Machining Division handles parts up to 6" through spindle. Both automatic and CNC Screw machining is performed with state of the art machines. We make screw machine parts with conventional as well as complex configurations. Auto-load barfeeding minimizes parts handling and maximizes efficiency and productivity so you can get parts when you need them. Most secondary operations are performed on the machine, including milling, drilling, slotting, knurling, tapping and off center drilling.

All centreless grinding is done IN-HOUSE for maximum quality control and on-time delivery.

We can manufacture parts up to 60" long and machine all types of materials, ferrous and non-ferrous including:
